{"id":8473,"date":"2020-07-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/i2cat.net\/join-the-didilabs-master-and-become-an-expert-in-digital-social-innovation\/"},"modified":"2025-07-23T11:49:46","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T09:49:46","slug":"join-the-didilabs-master-and-become-an-expert-in-digital-social-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/i2cat.net\/ca\/join-the-didilabs-master-and-become-an-expert-in-digital-social-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Join the Didilabs Master and become an expert in digital social innovation!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>The course is addressed at students that already have a digital social innovation or lab idea and who want to materialize it<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The i2CAT Foundation, together with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/web\/ub\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University of Barcelona<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citilab.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citilab<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/politiquesdigitals.gencat.cat\/ca\/inici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministry for Digital Policy and Public Administration of the Government of Catalonia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are promoting a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/didilabs.eu\/es\/didilabs-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>master course on design and direction of labs for digital social innovation projects<\/b><\/a><b> (DSI)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that will start next February 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The master is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/web\/ub\/es\/estudis\/oferta_formativa\/masters_propis\/fitxa\/D\/201911976\/index.html?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">part of the University of Barcelona curriculum<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and will take place entirely <\/span><b>online<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It has a duration of a year (60 ECTS) and the classes will be in Catalan and Spanish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Didilabs master is a course for <\/span><b>professionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, created to prepare and qualify a new generation of people that will <\/span><b>strengthen the DSI laboratories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that are currently being deployed in Catalonia. It is in line with the Digital Policy strategy of the Government of Catalonia, as well as with the objectives of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/horizon-europe-next-research-and-innovation-framework-programme_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Horizon Europe 2021-2027 strategy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by the European Commission and the Sustainable Development Objectives of the UN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital social transformation is a disruptive change for our social structures. We have a digitalized society, but we still haven\u2019t changed it. The <\/span><b>DSI labs and networks of labs will empower citizens within digital societies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, opening current innovation systems around the world.
