Ainhoa Ayastuy Bermejo

Ainhoa was graduated in Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). After finishing her bachelor, she got a Master in Human Resources and Labor Relations management at the University of Barcelona (UB) to boost her interest to work with people in organizations. Recently, she obtained a Master in Business Management from the University of the West of England (UWE), through which she acquired technical and transversal skills in the comprehensive management of the different business areas of a company.

With more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources and having worked in various research centers such as the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) or the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2), Ainhoa has a generalist profile within the area, and she feels comfortable leading tasks associated to areas such as: labor relations, compensation and benefits, training, immigration or occupational risks prevention, among others.
