Claudia Torres-Pérez, Investigadora Professional en Xarxes de Programari, tè un grau en Enginyeria de Telecomunicacò i Electrònica (2020). Va obtenir un doctorat en Enginyeria de Xarxes per la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Espanya) el 2025. El seu treball en projectes europeus/espanyols se centra en la gestiò de serveis per a xarxes màs enllà del 5G, resultant en publicacions internacionals.
