The i2CAT Foundation shows the potential of technology to improve both industry and society at IoTSWC 2019

Another successful IoT Solutions World Congress  for the i2CAT Foundation!

This year, the Catalan technological center presented its expertise in 4 different spaces at the congress, including two live demonstrations and a booth at Blockchain Solutions World, the area devoted exclusively to this novel technology.

More than 16,000 visitors from 120 countries came to Barcelona from October 29th to 31st and had the opportunity to get in touch with advanced digital technologies like UWB, IoT, AI, 5G or Blockchain at i2CAT’s booths and Smart Factory and eHealth demonstrations. 

The Government of Catalonia’s Minister for Digital Policy and Public Administration and President of i2CAT, Mr. Jordi Puigneró, visited the center’s spaces together with Mr. Daniel Marco, Director General for Innovation and Digital Economy and Mrs. Joana Barbany, Director General for Digital Society.
