i2CAT’s Equality Commission and Anti-Harassment Committee ensure and guarantee equal treatment and equal opportunities between genders at i2CAT, both in the profession's development and professional promotion.
- Participates in the preparation of the Gender Equality Plan and the monitoring of its measures and actions
- Promotes the Foundation's equality policies
- Trains and informs the team in matters of gender equality
- Prepares proposals for activities in the field of gender equality policies
- Defines and reviews a workplace anti-harassment protocol
- Assists people who may be experiencing a situation of harassment
