The center proposes a platform that improves the elderly live based on AI, IoT and 5G technologies.
i2CAT, in collaboration with Suara, Connecthink and Group Saltó, will show a testbed designed to improve the quality of life of the elderly and chronic patients. It combines digital advanced technologies like IoT, Artificial Intelligence and 5G in one platform to provide predictive healthcare and urgency management. Thus, it allows healthcare providers to improve the emergency and home care of the patient, as well as reducing hospital readmissions.
Testbeds are experimentation platforms designed to apply new solutions and test them in a real environment. These demonstrations explore new technologies or a combination of existing ones with the aim of creating products or techniques capable of generating new standards.
The use cases that will be exhibited at the IoTSWC 2019 have been selected by an expert committee coordinated by the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) and it has also representatives from the IoT Council, Ametic, Censis, Machine Design and ABII. These new technologies & services that will be strategically placed in our exhibition floor to experience the most innovative solutions.
