Funding opportunities via CDTI

CDTI (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial) supports Spanish businesses that want to conduct research and development projects with favourable loans, financial aids, and subsidies via a wide portfolio of calls and invitations to tender. Some of these calls require the collaboration of businesses with registered technological centres, such as i2CAT, to access the financial support. i2CAT is an official registered centre with the Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and can be your technology partner for a joint development of innovation projects.

Funding opportunities via ACCIÓ

ACCIÓ (Agència per la Competitivitat de l'empresa) supports businesses located in Catalonia with financial aids and subsidies with the goal to incentivise innovation projects. Some of the calls require the collaboration of businesses with registered technological centres, such as i2CAT, to access the financial support. i2CAT is both an accredited TECNIO and CERCA centre with the Catalan administration and can support your company by transferring its knowledge in advanced technologies into your business.

Funding opportunities via European Union’s Next Generation

The Spanish Government is making available funds coming from the European Union via the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. This plan includes several calls for proposals, subsidies and financial aid aimed at Spanish businesses in a wide range of sectors and topics. Some of these instruments require the collaboration of private businesses with research organisations. In these cases, i2CAT can support interested companies with their application.

Other funding opportunities

i2CAT has also supported businesses applying to other funding instruments made available by the European Union, such as those offered by the European Innovation Council.
