Description

PERSOSER is focused on creating personalized and dynamic services for customers of utilities services on the basis of customer engagement and supported by sensoring and data capture.

The main objectives of this project are: improving transparency in the Utilities 4.0 field; improving customer relations and competitiveness; obtaining user data through customer consolidation; creation of new analytics models to study customer behavior; collaborative design of advanced and personalized services based on customer needs; development, deployment and validation of defined services pilot tests, and advanced sensoring of domestic environments.
