The IoT Catalan Alliance, a technological cluster promoted by the Catalan Government and managed by the i2CAT Foundation, has ended the year with two brokerage events aimed at fostering cooperation and expanding relationships between members of the Alliance and stakeholders of the health and agricultural sectors.
On November 26th, the Col·legi Oficial d’Infermeres i Infermers de Barcelona (COIB) opened its doors to 9 members of the Alliance who met with representatives of the Hospital Vall d’Hebron, Fundació Althaia, Suara Cooperativa and Hartmann. A total of 22 bilateral meetings took place to solve the 10 challenges that had been presented by the health organizations.
Two days later, on November 28th, the meetings moved to Lleida, where the Catalan agricultural sector has a strong presence. There, 6 Alliance members celebrated 19 meetings with A.D.S Bestiar Porcí d’Alcarràs i Torres de Segre, the Associació de Ramaders de Boví de Carn d’Alcarràs, the Comunitat General De Regants Canal d’Urgell and Celler Sui Generis.
These events are part of the Alliance’s compromise to offer value to its members, promote business opportunities and help drive IoT forward within different Catalan productive sectors.
