With over 10 years of international IT experience, Alex specializes in acting as a "tech translator," connecting advanced innovation with corporate return on investment (ROI).

Currently, he is a Senior Project Manager at i2CAT, where he leads the end-to-end coordination of technological innovation and R&D projects for private enterprises. His focus and responsibilities include:

• Technology Transfer: He transforms complex scientific and technological research into tangible, scalable business solutions.
• Results-Oriented Management: He leads the full project lifecycle applying adaptive methodologies (PMI/PMP, Agile, Scrum), ensuring financial control, risk mitigation, and successful delivery.
• Strategic Commercial Vision: He identifies evolving client needs during execution to generate opportunities (upselling/cross-selling) that turn single projects into long-term strategic partnerships.

Before assuming this role, he managed the full B2B consultative sales cycle as a Presales Engineer at i2CAT. Previously, he built his career leading B2B tech projects (SaaS/PaaS) and infrastructure deployments in Brazil for companies like SitMobile and Tracevia do Brasil.
