Post-award Grant Officer
*Carmen Lázaro Herrero* holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca, a Master’s degree in European Integration from the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona) and has completed specialized studies in Communications and Media Regulation at the European University Institute in Florence.
She has worked at i2CAT since 2020 as a project manager, specializing in projects co-financed by ERDF and Next Generation EU funds. She has experience managing projects funded by calls from European institutions (H2020, HE), national bodies (UNICO I+D, Infra, Sectorial, RETECH), as well as regionally managed projects (ACCIÓ, AGAUR, Generalitat – EMERGENTS).
Previously, she worked for various European organizations (ECOSOC, ECHR) and for the Spanish government (CNMC). She also has experience coordinating European projects funded by JPEN (JLS/AGIS/2006/119 and JLS/JPEN/2007/218) and has worked as a national expert for independent firms on European projects funded by DG CONNECT.
