She leads promotion efforts with alliances and public agencies, defining the long-term institutional R&I strategy and aligning it with state and European agendas. * She possesses deep knowledge of competitive programs (Horizon Europe, Digital, etc.) and associated policies. * She has over 15 years of experience filling various roles in business organizations, consulting, and universities. She has led the drafting of numerous successful proposals, advised on the creation of project offices, and provided specialized training.
