Marcos Doespiritusanto

Marcos Doespiritusanto has completed a Degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Advanced Journalism. Over the years he has got the opportunity to work for some prestigious media, such as El País and Radio Galega, the main public broadcaster in Galicia. 

He has also got some relevant experience abroad, having worked as a Reporter and Production Assistant in Downtown Radio (Belfast, Northern Ireland) as well as Content Manager for Hostelling International Norway (Oslo, Norway). 

Having started off his career in traditional radio and press journalism, some years ago, he joined Universitat Internacional de Catalunya as the Head of Communications for the School of Architecture. During more than four years, he played an important role in the dissemination and promotion of research by contributing to the visualisation of the activity of the School's researchers and lecturers across different media platforms. 

He works now at i2CAT as a Scientific Communication Specialist.
