As a Public and Territorial Innovation Project Manager at i2CAT, I coordinate digital innovation pilots with local and regional governments to foster efficiency, collaboration, and public value. My role focuses on project management, strategic planning, and translating territorial challenges into viable digital solutions. I apply PMI methodologies and build partnerships between institutional and technical actors. A key milestone is the {*}AI-based rabbit detection pilot in Verdú{*}, using computer vision for sustainable wildlife management.
