Pau Pamplona Negre

Pau Pamplona is an industrial engineer specialized in industrial organization. Member of the team in the Business Development and Innovation Unit (IBD) of i2CAT as a manager, mainly in ecosystem development activities and innovation strategy at the national and international level.

On the one hand, he leads the ecosystem activities at DIH4CAT and coordinates the intelligent connectivity node led by i2CAT. In the second project, he manages the IOT community of the Digital Catalonia Alliance (DCA). Both projects seek to stimulate the digital transformation, both of companies providing services and technologies, and of the technological demand itself of the Catalan industry.

Before joining i2CAT, he has worked in different research and innovation entities, preparing proposals for competitive public subsidies (H2020 of the European Commission) and managing R&D&I projects in different fields of expertise (for example: multimedia technologies, culture and creativity).
