*Rosa Paradell* is a Telecommunications Engineer, {*}holds a Diploma in Business Studies{*}, and has a {*}Master’s in Energy Engineering and Management{*}. With over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, she is a strong advocate for innovation in and for Catalonia, passionate about applying it to the service of the citizenry.
She is currently the {*}Director of Public Sector Innovation (PSI) at i2CAT{*}, leading the strategy and creation of innovative digital solutions for public administrations.
Her career includes a decade in telecommunications operators and promoting the *Smart Cities* sector, highlighted by her role as {*}Director of the Smart City Expo World Congress (2013){*}. Rosa is an expert in the use of public infrastructures to combat the digital divide, a subject she is passionate about.
