After months of work and reflection, we are opening the doors to our new digital home today. We are launching a completely renovated website, designed to connect better with visitors and showcase the soul of our projects: the impact they have on people’s daily lives and on the competitiveness of our region.
Because we wanted to go one step further, we didn’t just want to explain what we do, but also why we do it. This new space is born with the ambition of being more than a portal: it aims to be an open conversation about how technology can build a better society.
This transformation has been an exciting process, and for us, it is just the beginning. As the centre’s Communications Director, Sara Bosch, says:
“At i2CAT, research is a constant journey towards the future. The new website is no longer just a shop window, but a clear and accessible map that guides directly from scientific rigour to real, everyday impact in your area. We have charted a new course so that everyone, from the scientific community to the general public, can find their place in our projects. We invite you to step aboard.”
This project has been a team effort with the WHADS agency. Their CEO, Oriol Marí, and their Head of Operations and Strategy, Ariadna Pascual, highlight:
“The main challenge was to communicate the entire i2CAT ecosystem in an ordered and clear way, projecting its leadership and its value proposition. To do this, we committed to a collaborative conceptualisation process and put the user experience at the centre of every decision. The result is a clean and intuitive website that transforms the browsing experience and reinforces the centre’s strategic positioning.”
But the best way to discover it is by browsing. We invite you to enter, explore, and connect with the future we are building together.
