Senior Innovation Project Manager
Alba is a Project Manager in i2CAT’s public sector team, managing innovation projects with a humanistic approach and citizen co-creation. She brings methodological solidity as a Scrum Master (TDA5G Rural, Vincles) and has driven ecosystems like the Digital Catalonia Alliance (DCA) and the Col·laboratoris. As a member of the Equality Commission, she integrates the gender perspective to ensure inclusive technology. Her track record includes Hackovid, MUV, the Port of Barcelona’s digital transformation, GovTech, and NoésFeinadeDones. Previously, she gained a 360º view of innovation at ACCIÓ, Vueling, and FiGroup. Passionate about digital culture, she combines art, technology, and society in her current role leading Digital Culture projects.
