At i2CAT, I am responsible for the GovTech Ecosystem and serve as Manager of DCA GovTech. I coordinate the GovTech community in Catalonia and drive public-sector transformation toward a more agile, efficient, and citizen-focused model. I foster collaboration among digital and tech stakeholders, energizing the Catalan ecosystem to deliver innovative public-sector solutions, attract talent, and position Catalonia as a leading tech hub.
