Isaac Fraile Vila has a degree in telematics engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and a master's degree in Multimedia Applications from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).

He is currently a Senior R&D Engineer in the Mediatech Unit of the i2CAT Foundation.

His work focuses on the implementation of multiplatform applications that offer interactive and immersive experiences, within the framework of national and international projects. His research tasks include the study of transport protocols for volumetric content and the development of new techniques for distributing and synchronizing multimedia content over heterogeneous scenarios, as well as server implementation for these systems.

He has wide experience in the development of web-based platforms and applications.
