Javier Palomares Torrecilla

Javier Palomares Torrecilla is an Professional Researcher at the Software Networks area at i2CAT Foundation, Barcelona, Spain. He holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 2020. He obtained his master’s degree in Telecommunications Technologies at the ETAAC (UPC) in 2021, and did his master’s thesis in collaboration with the i2CAT Foundation. He was granted a TFM with honors. He is currently working on several European H2020 projects, acting as technical task leader, and participating in national research projects. Javier is a Ph.D. student in the Network Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. His research focus is related to the cloud continuum paradigm in 5G and 6G Networks.
