Senior Tech Transfer
As Tech Transfer Manager at i2CAT, I am responsible for the strategic process of transforming research results in advanced digital technologies (Space, CyberSecurity, SW Networks, MWI) into commercial assets. My work centers on strategic analysis to validate value propositions, define optimal business models, and establish product roadmaps. This effort is complemented by Intellectual Property management associated with the go-to-market strategy, as well as facilitating consensus to prioritize Research Results to ensure aligned and focused evolution efforts.
My background is grounded in my tenure as Acceleration Program Manager at FI Group, leading a program that stood out for identifying, selecting, and bringing startup solutions to market, in addition to offering specialized training and mentoring, while also managing the Madri+d Mentor Network. This experience is complemented by an investor perspective, cultivated through the analysis of startups for the FI-NVEST vehicle.
