First Stage Researcher
Pre-doctoral Researcher in the Mediatech area at i2CAT. His research focuses on the transmission of 360 and volumetric video, as well as video transmission for remote rendering.
His main areas of expertise include web technologies for multimedia content transmission, using protocols such as MPEG-DASH, WebRTC and QUIC, as well as video processing using tools like FFmpeg, as well as DevOps and infrastructure deployment.
Regarding his contributions, his work led to a technology transfer to the private sector through the licensing of the Sync-X tool, which he developed.
Before joining i2CAT, he completed a double master's degree at the UPV (MUIT + MUTSRC) and carried out an internship at the iTEAM-UPV.
Currently, he has a strong professional interest in the development of Digital Twin technologies and aims to contribute further to this goal through his work in multimedia transmission.
