Noelia Molero Gómez

Project Management Officer specialised in public funding, with experience in academic, technological and international environments. Law graduate with a Master’s in International Business, expert in financial management, budget control and regulatory compliance for R&D projects. Knowledge of European funding programmes (H2020, HE, ERC), national programmes (AEI, CDTI), Catalan programmes (Demos, Singulars) and international funders (UKRI, NIHR, NIH).

Since 2024, I have been part of the i2CAT PMO, coordinating financial monitoring, report preparation, financial justifications and audits, acting as the main point of contact with funding agencies and auditors, and ensuring compliance with institutional, national and European regulations on public research funding. Previous experience includes the University of Bristol (Medical School) and IRTA (CReSA Veterinary Centre), with expertise in post-award management and financial support for competitive international projects.
