Director - People&Talent Department
Roger Onnen Grima is the Director of People & Talent at the i2CAT Foundation, leading the team that oversees the entire employee lifecycle. His experience covers key HR functions: labor relations, talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and occupational risk prevention.
His focus is on implementing strategic initiatives that maximize organizational performance and well-being, while optimizing HR processes to align them with the company's objectives.
He has over 10 years of experience in HR and Labor Relations, with a strong track record in digital, technological, and research environments. He holds a degree in Pedagogy and a Master's in HR and Labor Relations Management.
Additionally, he serves as the Principal Investigator (PI) for the project "Plan de promoción de estudios de Telecomunicación y Atracción de Talento".
