Director - Public Sector Innovation Department & Strategy
Rosa Paradell is a Telecommunications Engineer, holds a Diploma in Business Studies, and has a Master’s in Energy Engineering and Management. With over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, she is a strong advocate for innovation in and for Catalonia, passionate about applying it to the service of the citizenry.
She is currently the Director of Public Sector Innovation (PSI) at i2CAT, leading the strategy and creation of innovative digital solutions for public administrations.
Her career includes a decade in telecommunications operators and promoting the Smart Cities sector, highlighted by her role as Director of the Smart City Expo World Congress (2013). Rosa is an expert in the use of public infrastructures to combat the digital divide, a subject she is passionate about.
