Transparency

i2CAT provides public access to financial, structural, and contractual information through the Transparency Portal.

i2CAT is a research centre designated as a public-interest organisation and, as such, is required to make information accessible to the public through the Transparency Portal.

The information available in the Transparency Portal includes financial, accounting, and budget management, organisative structure, procurement information, contracts and agreements, and any information most frequently requested through exercising the right to access public information.

Senior officials and executives

The i2CAT Foundation has no staff who are considered senior officials of the Generalitat. The annual remuneration of the directors of the i2CAT Foundation is below the financial thresholds set by the Generalitat. Members of the Board of Trustees receive no compensation and do not receive any payments in the form of per diems.
