Senior Researcher
Leonel Toledo (PhD) is a Senior Researcher at i2Cat Foundation. He received his Ph.D from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (México) in 2014 where he worked as a full-time professor and researcher. In that period, his research was oriented to computer graphics, mainly crowd simulation and autonomous agents in complex 3d environments. From 2017 to 2020 he worked at Barcelona Supercomputing center (BSC-CNS). He was involved in several European H2020 projects as a lead developer and as a work package leader. In this period, he also collaborated in the ARISE project, led by Imperial College London.Leonel is (co) author of over 20 scientific publications and has been member of the technical board of several international conferences as well as a reviewer and editor of international journals.
