Post-award Grant Officer
I am an experienced Project Manager specializing in the administrative, legal, and financial management of international research. I hold a Master’s in Integrated Project Management from the Universitat de Barcelona, the PRINCE2 Foundation certification, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
My career has spanned Paris, Madrid—including field missions across Africa—and Barcelona, where I began in 2006 as an Operational Manager for a 45-person research group at UPF and financial coordinator for a €17M FP6 project. Over the past 20 years, I have held pre and post award roles at IFAE (UAB), Eurecat, and ISGlobal—where I managed the Euroleish.net H2020 MSCA-ITN. I also served as Project Manager for the BBHI study at Institut Guttmann under the scientific direction of Dr. Pascual-Leone (Harvard) and supported health-risk assessment projects at IDIBAPS - Hospital Clínic. Since 2020, I have been a cornerstone of the i2CAT Project Management Office, providing specialized administrative, legal and financial expertise for H2020 and Horizon Europe projects, ensuring seamless coordination between researchers, consortia, and funding institutions.
