Innovative tech for automated and safe mobility

At i2CAT we use advanced digital technologies to define more efficient, safe, and sustainable mobility. We specialise in connected and automated mobility, leveraging V2X technologies, network software design, AI, data spaces and cybersecurity. We profit from the knowledge generated in research projects to offer solutions adapted to the market needs.

The future of mobility involves ensuring that new vehicles communicate, learn and adapt to their environment. i2CAT’s research focuses on cooperative and intelligent systems to facilitate connected, cooperative, and automated mobility (CCAM), personalisation of software-defined vehicles for improved safety, and Digital Twins and Data Spaces for mobility.

What will the future of mobility look like? Innovative technology for autonomous and safe mobility

Barcelona will be the protagonist of the international debate on the mobility of the future at the Smart City Expo World Congress and, specifically, at Tomorrow Mobility, the platform for debating zero-emission, connected, cooperative and automated mobility models. It is in this context that at the i2CAT technology centre we asked ourselves “What will the future of mobility look like?”.

For this reason, we have invited executive leaders, specialists and researchers and technicians from the mobility sector to debate it from different perspectives and ecosystems: public, business and research.
